Chuck and Nancy are announcing to the millennials that they will increase the debt to support illegal immigrants, and the millennials and their children and grandchildren will have to service the debt for the rest of their lives.

I don’t understand that strategy at all. Collins, Murkowski, and Romney will cave.....they have no loyalty whatsoever to the ‘pub base. If he did it NOW, (preferably yesterday when Nancy said there would never be a deal that included the wall), that’s how he would’ve gotten Chuck and Nancy on the ropes. It would’ve made the wall a done deal, and them keeping the gov closed for no reason. If he waits until the traitors cave, it gets perceived as a desperation move.

Maybe so, but if ha jumps too soon then it negatively influences other things he wants, like a vote on Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s replacement. Trump needs the Democrats to be seen as blowing things up.

Why is a vote on Ginsberg's replacement such a big problem? They've got the majority, and I'll wager the next choice will be vetted better than Kavanaugh was. The traitors may not be true Republicans, but they certainly aren't liberals who want to hand all of the wealth of the US to the underclass.
There's just no justification that President Trump hasn't gotten going on that wall by Executive Order. Hopefully, first thing tomorrow AM. Then he can tell the DC Slime (legislative branch) to stay in DC for the weekend and get the budget done!
All that being said, let's put the blame where it belongs. Paul Ryan and the majority of HOR 'pubs who voted for him. The only conceivable reason it didn't get done (including the wall) these past two years is that Ryan was sabotaging this presidency.
