A couple observations.

1. The old saying that you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip has not been repealed, hence the gap in "achievement"

2. This report is prime evidence why the public school system should be blown up.

Fear not. They’ll lower the standards to the point that everyone feels welcome and learned, thereby successfully further dumbing down yet another generation.

Failures gonna fail. Let them go peacefully.

High Funding But Low Results

Well, that idea didn't work. Let's try the other one - Low funding but high results.

There is difference in culture and IQ that no amount of money can overcome in a far left environment.

Discipline, standards and consequences work...but those ideas are now racist.

It isn’t the lack of funds that create the achievement gap. Instead, it’s the cultural gap.

Minorities, especially blacks, consider learning to be a white thing. Hence the lack of effort by them to be astute at reading and writing. The Aunt Jemima’s don’t want to be called Uncle Toms.

Easily corrected: double the salaries of the staff and teachers and replace the educational requirements with the “everyone gets a trophy” standard.

“high achievement gap of 53% between white and African-American students.”

Maybe because us crackers already lowered our expectations of playing in the NBA or NFL..

Voting is a white thing, too, but that doesn’t seem to stop them.

Next steps: (1) Cripple the white kids with reverse discrimination so they won’t benefit from having good parents who encourage learning. (2) Then lower academic standards for the minority students who won’t try to learn. That’ll make everyone equal.

low-income students and students of color.

Ahahahahaha.

"Students of color"!

Now, I've heard it all.

Or have I?

Would I get in trouble if I ran up on some kid and said, "Hello, student of color?".

(alternate ending)

When God was handing out brains, the students of color thought he said "crack" and they already had some.

This is a sad story, but what these kids need is not taught at school.

“The Bell Curve.”

Yep. It explains pretty much everything you see anywhere in the world regarding races.
