Without saying so, ICE should be given a directive that individuals thought to be gang members based on tattoos or assertion, or even association, should be automatically banned from reentry and deported to their nation of origin to be turned over to their government.
This should also apply to any caught up in immigration sweeps. Without telling them why, they should be on the next plane out and get a permanent bar to reentry.
