President Trump announced six new picks for federal district court seats Wednesday in what was his first slate of judicial nominees released since the start of the new Congress this year.

The new nominees announced Wednesday include Louisiana Supreme Court Judge Greg Guidry for the Eastern District of Louisiana, James W. Hendrix and Mark T. Pittman for the Northern District of Texas, Sean D. Jordan for the Eastern District of Texas, Michael T. Liburdi for the District of Arizona, and Peter D. Welte for the District of North Dakota.

The President and the Senate need to FILL QUICKLY ALL FEDERAL JUDICIAL VACANCIES. Renominate those who were still pending at the end of the last Congress and vet, recruite, and nominate new candidates for ALL the remaining vacancies. Act like the future of the Nation and the Republic depend upon it...since they may!
We have a large number of ACTUAL federal judicial vacancies. IMHO our HIGHEST PRIORITY needs to be FILLING ALL JUDICIAL VACANCIES — EXISTING vacancies.
FOR THIS YEAR I’d like to see the Republican Senate and the President work so, by the end of the calendar year, we’ll be able to count the number of remaining judicial vacancies on one hand.
BOTH the Senate and President Trump need to get cracking to QUICKLY fill the MANY VACANCIES on US federal judgeships. There are over 140 vacancies of which around 70 had nominees pending in the last Congress. But there were around 70 for which Trump had not yet submitted nominees.

LOL, I didn’t know they got zotted. I kept waiting for a reply to my post.
If the Democrats had 53 senators and a Democrat was president, they would be confirmed in 10 days. Mitch will slow walk these as well as forthcoming nominees and at the end of this year we will still have scores of judges not confirmed.
I say ping them to every thread about Democrats making trouble.
That ought to keep them informed, at least. :)

Not sure how she will act, I would give her the benefit of the doubt until she proves otherwise.
We know how the girls act, Romney might cool it since he did get a lot of unexpected blow back from the party, even from his own niece regarding his never Trump op-ed. He might cool it, at least for the time being. We will find out though
