"Fox News Sunday" anchor Chris Wallace said a new report that President Trump directed his then-personal attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress could be huge, but it should be taken with "a giant block of salt" until definitive proof emerges.
The allegations were detailed in a BuzzFeed report published Thursday night. It cited two unnamed federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation on the matter who said Cohen acknowledged to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office that he was instructed by Trump to lie to Congress in 2017 about discussions of a proposed Trump Tower project in Moscow.
The report, which has not been confirmed by Fox News, said Mueller’s office first learned of the directive from interviews with witnesses from the Trump Organization and internal company email, text messages and documents. Just goes to show that 100 percent of the commie media is in the tank for the Commie Party..they want a ONE party rule, where ONLY Democrats control EVERYTHING..this story about Trump/Cohen is absolute NONSENSE and the Mueller report(Which Jonathan Karl said last week on The View) said would be a total fizzle, if this were in the report it would NOT be a fizzle, but Karl said he knows people in the investigation who said that this report, its NOT gonna be anything that will bring Trump down
This story will not survive the weekend news cycle.

These are the same guys who told us that Cohen recorded all of his conversations with Trump. Show me the tape and I’ll believe.
If Cohen really had the goods on Trump he wouldn’t have walk out of the court room with a sentence. He would have walked out with a full pardon and a parade down 5th Ave ending at Trump Tower.

So these “news” people believe something they read on the internets from a known idiot and are the same people who fact check every word President Trump says.
How far we have fallen.
The media should be allowed to express their hate filled opinions. All I ask is that prior to their so called news shows they run a disclaimer saying something like "We are radical Left Wing hate filled activists who will be spewing anti-Trump fake news".

Why is the alleged lie of Trump so important to Democrats?
Lying didn’t matter to them twenty years ago when the POTUS lied under oath in federal court.
To quote their own words back to them, it was a private matter, the lie was inconsequential even if it was true and if it was true, it still didn’t rise to the level of an impeachable offense.
This is their gold standard. Not a basis here to impeach the President, even if it turned out to be true he lied.
