The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted the Trump administration's request to allow it to temporarily enforce its restrictions on transgender people serving in the military.
The court, however, did not agree to review the legality of the new policy until the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a ruling.

This is such BS. When I was recruiting we had people rejected for all kinds of medical reasons such as an undescended testicle. And we can’t turn people away for crap like this?

disposition of the Government’s petition for a writ of
certiorari, if such writ is sought. If a writ of certiorari is
sought and the Court denies the petition, this order shall
terminate automatically. If the Court grants the petition for a
writ of certiorari, this order shall terminate when the Court
enters its judgment.
Justice Ginsburg, Justice Breyer, Justice Sotomayor, and
Justice Kagan would deny the application.

And to think the military rejected me because I have a slight hearing loss in one ear and seasonal allergies.
Why would the Court intervene in a military decision? Anything in the Constitution permitting that? What other military decisions would it second guess? Troop deployment? Military strategy? Hiring? Funding?
I see Ginsburg is voting.

I think the poster is wrong. Instead of ‘Guess Who’, shouldn’t it say ‘Guess What’?
They would not have issued this temporary stay if they didn’t have the votes for the case in the USSC.
