I thought I read that Puhlozzy has directed the Sargent-at-Arms to not allow POTUS (may re-election be upon him) into the House Chamber.

She directed the House Sergeant at Arms to prevent a White House advance team from entering the House, which she can do.
If the House is in Session, the President may enter the floor, but the Speaker need not grant him speaking time. The ban on speaking would be subject to majority vote.
