Call Congress into a “special session” per THE CONSTITUTION.

Dear Ms. Speaker:
I am in receipt of your letter stating the House will not consider a concurrent resolution authorizing the President’s State of the Union speech in the House Chamber.
Our legal team cannot find any requirement for such a concurrent resolution in the Constitution or in any United States Code of Law.
Expect my advance team to be in the chamber at 2:00PM EST on January 29, 2019. They will be there to set up my microphone, podium, and speaker system. They will be accompanied by Secret Service personnel who will be heavily armed with automatic weapons should any terrorist think to strike at that time, or when I am there to deliver the SOTU address.
See you on the 29th!

The Constitution gives POTUS the right to call into session both houses or either one. Exact quote from Constitution:
“he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both houses, or either of them...”

I hope President Trump uses the powers granted in Article 2 Section 3 to convene an extraordinary session of both Houses of Congress on the 29th at 8:00PM at some very inconvenient location to give his SOTU speech.
Pelosi is actually doing us a favor. In today's world there is no real reason to do a State of the Union speech in the halls of Congress. Do a youtube video and give congress a hard copy. I suspect RGB will agree with me.
