Well, since by "racist" they mean, "white", they are correct.
Anyone can have privilege.
Stay in school.
Don’t do drugs.
Don’t have a child out of wedlock.

Precisely. Human nature being what it is - take the path of least resistance - is it easier to come up with a term that puts a large group of people in a position of getting things given to you, not unlike affirmative action, or to knuckle down and work your ass off to show what you are capable of?

There are benefits to belonging to the majority in any society - majority race, majority faith, majority language, majority social groups.
Ask the ethnic Koreans and Turkish groups compared to the Han Chinese in China.
Ask the non-Spanish speaking Native Americans in Mexico.
The U.S. is almost unique for setting up a national identity independent of ethnicity. Learn the language, adopt the culture, and you’re in. Religion is secondary, race is irrelevant.
However, this makes the defense of said shared culture all the more important. You can dissolve the nation of France and you still have French-speaking, mostly ethnically French would could create a new nation or two based on shared values.
Multi-culturalism is the death of nations that are not racist because it undermines the only thing they have in common. Then we’d just devolve into Balkanized states, or worse, warring ethnic groups because everyone is so spread out barring the mostly Hispanic southwest.
Even worse is the “we know what you’re REALLY thinking, because all you X really think alike”, so we have to indoctrinate you to correct what we know you’re secretly thinking regardless of stated beliefs or actions.

Sure, because on a taxpayer-funded project they can pay three or four tokens to do the work of one qualified worker. Seriously!

They all get paid the same based on prevailing wage rates..
I understand, my point was that the government (unlike a private business) couldn’t care less whether one person is paid the prevailing wage or four people are - they’ll just take more from us to get uncompetitive tokens on the job.
Regarding actual wages, anyone who would dare to pay a “preferred victim” worker lower wages than a white worker is legally doomed; the charade must be maintained.
