Former AG from VA is saying he can’t. Impeachment would only be a qualifier of something he did in office.

No crime has been committed so impeaching the governor would not work, unless covering up racist incidents while running for office is a crime, and proving that is a reach.

This is a slippery slope. There needs to be due process.

The governor will be accountable at the polls as intended
by the Constitution of Virginia.

Piling on using forensic investigation post election is not in keeping with due process. Everyone has skeletons in their closet.
