Dickinson College Student Newspaper: ‘Should White Boys Still Be Allowed To Talk?’
Breitbart ^ | 2-9-2019 | Alana Mastrangelo

Dickinson College in Pennsylvania published an op-ed in its student newspaper arguing that “white boys” should no longer be “allowed to talk,” due to the lack of melanin in their skin. The author argues that white males are not qualified to share their opinions and should be silenced.

An op-ed entitled, “Should White Boys Still Be Allowed to Talk?” was published Thursday in the student newspaper for Dickinson College, The Dickinsonian. In the piece, the author expresses her frustration with “white boys” being allowed to share their opinions with others.

The author, Leda Fisher, argues that males who have names such as “Jake, Chad, or Alex” have been taught that their voices are the “most important,” but that after listening to these individuals speak, Fisher has decided that not only do these voices lack value, they should also be silenced.

“American society tells men, but especially white men, that their opinions have merit and that their voice is valuable,” writes Fisher, “but after four years of listening to white boys in college, I am not so convinced.”

“There is an endless line of white boys waiting to share their opinions on the state of feminism in America, whether the LGBTQ+ population finally has enough rights, the merits of capitalism, etc. The list of what white boys think they are qualified to talk about is endless.”

“I am so g****mned tired of listening to white boys,” continues the author, “I cannot describe to you how frustrating it is to be forced to listen to a white boy explain his take on the Black experience in the Obama-era.”

No white boys, no Republican white boys, no conservative white boys = no colleges, just empty buildings with empty headed people wandering around.

Is the author ready for a set of dentures?

And from her "about page":

Favorite class: One of the most interesting classroom experiences was Fat Studies with Professor [of American Studies and Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies Amy] Farrell. I got to learn about a subject I didn’t have much experience with and then connect it to so many different fields.

Quite a shocker . . .

Hysterical!

I’m surprised that she even went to a college where Roger Taney is an alum.

Leda Fisher:

As a study-abroad student in Copenhagen, Leda Fisher ’19 experienced a range of European cultures and deepened her understanding of Europe. Back on campus, she’s a student manager at the Clarke Forum for Contemporary Issues, a position that requires her to research and promote special events on campus and allows her a chance to meet and interact closely with high-profile campus visitors. She's also a student leader with Hillel, JStreetU and the Dog House. Leda discusses her ideal dinner companion, why she chose an American studies major, the most important thing she's learned so far and more.

If the answer was yes, it wouldn’t have been published.
But since it is no, publishing is de rigueur.

J Street U is the college and university campus organizing arm of J Street, the pro-Israel, pro-peace advocacy organization working towards United States diplomatic leadership for a two-state solution in Israel and Palestine.

“A lot of people have said that they want the (Jewish Student Union) to stay a place they feel comfortable saying they love Israel.” Shayna Howitt, J Street U’s national communications co-chair, on the other hand, noted that J Street U is not anti-Israel simply because it is critical of its government’s approaches disputed territories. “The best way to support Israel is not by refusing to talk about the politics that are often uncomfortable and scary — it’s by addressing those politics,”[5]she said. In early 2014, 129 alumni signed a letter urging Berkeley Hillel to be more open to varied views on Israel, and suggesting that the Jewish Student Union become an “Open Hillel,” rejecting some of the constraints on free speech embodied in the rules upheld by Hillel International Headquarters (see Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life).[6]
