I have heard that if only citizens are counted, the reapportionment of Congressional seats will shift about 20 seats out of blue states and into red states.

Why would illegals check no? I would guess most trash them anyway. I believe the number of illegals is staggering. The sanctuary states are automatically giving illegals citizenship with automatic asylum, licenses, benefits, voting rights, minority status etc that is putting many Americans in second class status. One of the reasons the left is furious over Clinton losing and the DNC push for illegals now is because they know it is the ticket to crushing America which is more specifically crushing Conservatives/Constitutionalists.

If you use 2010 data (I admit, things might have changed)...the five states most drastically affected by this are: California, Delaware, Texas, Nevada, and New Mexico. The six states least affected: Alaska, Vermont, Wyoming, Montana, West Virginia, and North Dakota. This number though concerns the percentage against the citizens of the state, not quantity itself.

For the record, Delaware only has one Rep, so this wouldn’t matter much. Nevada has four Rep’s and I doubt it’d be enough to really shift their Rep numbers. So you come to New Mexico, which has 3 Reps, and I have my doubts it’d shift their numbers much. Texas and California are two with issues. I would agree that between the two of them....they might be losing ten to twelve.

NY, Florida and Illinois come up next. There’s probably enough for each to lose one to two seats each.

So the real question, after the smoke clears...Supreme Court action goes on, and a massive fight to occur...who are the gaining states?

The other thing that few really grasp about this....you are talking about eight to ten states having to draw up new congressional districts in 2021/2022. All of these redrawing efforts will go to the Supreme Court, so if Trump does eventually replace RBG on the court...it makes a tremendous difference in the redrawing mess yet to come.

Add this into the pot as well....population displacement is going on in NYC, Illinois, and California. In the case of Illinois, I suspect they will find a loss of 400,000 or more residents since 2010’s census. Illinois may end up suing the Census to claim it was faulty and failed to ‘count correctly’.
