I'm the guy who first posted Occasional Cortex, a meme that took off, but is now being eclipsed by AOC. Even still, Occasional Cortex has life in it. It's no longer novel on Free Republic, but elsewhere people are still hearing it for the first time. rlmorel just told me Glen Beck recently used it in his broadcast.
When I saw the name Ocasio, I thought of Occasional pretty fast, then it was simply a matter of finding a word you could pair with it.

WSJ’S KIMBERLEY STRASSEL CAN’T GET OVER GREEN NEW DEAL
The Wall Street Journal’s Kimberley Strassel was not impressed by the rollout of the proposed Green New Deal — in fact, she argued that “if a bunch of GOPers plotted to forge a fake Democratic bill showing how bonkers the party is, they could not have done a better job.”
As Democrats rolled out the resolution, the commentary and criticisms rolled out as well. Strassel was firmly and decidedly in the camp of the latter.
"By the end of the Green New Deal resolution (and accompanying fact sheet) I was laughing so hard I nearly cried. If a bunch of GOPers plotted to forge a fake Democratic bill showing how bonkers the party is, they could not have done a better job. It is beautiful."
Strassel followed her initial tweet with a series of key points to illustrate her initial assessment. The facilities, solar panels, and turbines required to deliver “renewable electricity” on the scale described in the GND would take up more space than the entire state of California.......500k square km. Also note, govt (taxpayers) will pay for these—not private sector.

Yeah, but isn’t the skull upside down — if you still it where sun don’t shine? LOL.
The point of this nonsense is that it is to punish whites for causing global warming which in turn harms everyone but them. This theme started years ago when non-whites who had pushed for independence around the globe found themselves deteriorating as failed states with no money left; black countries in particular in Africa and the Caribbean started this BS that they were suffering today with climate change so white people owed them.
On a national scale, this is a desperate grab for money from a rapidly dwindling, retreating white population before it is gone.
Depends on how it was ummm ... placed.
That's because they'll be the new green nutrition source. We have to replace cows somehow.
The reason they aren’t mentioned is because the Green New Deal happens in a future where the Socialists are in power.
Climate change is just another angle at worldwide reparations.
Well it is socialist at its heart. Thats where the socialists all went, to the green movement.
