Glendale has apparent untrained idiots as its police force.
May the man bankrupt that city.

Use your turn signal correctly and this kind of thing won’t happen.

I think he hid a gun or drugs. Failed to do what he was told and I think he kicked one of the officers in the groin when he was on the ground. Definitely over use of tasers, but lesson in what happens when you don’t comply. Should have given his name, relaxed and followed orders. I don’t have to is never a good response to a police officer.

Those cops should be sued for every penny they have, besides the city being sued for millions. And the cops should be fired and jailed for assault under color of authority. They give all cops a bad name, and it becomes understandable why some citizens choose to kill cops. Not that I’m saying that should happen, but incidents like this make it known why many people are fearful of cops. Just because a few a-holes on the force act like animals. Poor guy, hopefully he gets millions for the aggravation, completely unwarranted attack by cops.

Just wear an Antifa shirt with a mask over your face and the cops will never bother you.

Someone will have to decide whether this response was over-the-top, but based on what I’ve seen of traffic encounters, a flat-out refusal to comply is a very convincing sign that the subject is working up the nerve to assault the officers with a weapon.

The police were just doing their jobs--following standard procedure. There is no evidence of any policeman violating a citizen's rights.

This is what I saw in the video: A sadistic police officer committing a sexual assault under color of law.
To: ConservativeMind
They must of known him.
I’ve never heard that is illegal not to have ID to be a passenger in a vehicle.
And if he was a passenger what did he do that was illegal? He wasn’t driving.
This ofcr shouldn’t be on the force.
Heck in AZ it is rare when someone actually does signal. LOL

Officer Matt Schneider, kicked him in the groin and pulled down his athletic shorts to tase him a final time in his testicles, according to a federal lawsuit and body camera footage obtained by ABC15.

Let’s see... in a high crime area, guy is all tattooed up, not following the officers commands and being very fidgety. Not that it’s illegal to not identify yourself, but everything mentioned leads to an escalation. There’s participation on both sides and the situation as a whole could’ve been handled better by both parties. There’s always more to the story.

There is obviously a large difference of opinion here about what is reasonable force. I would like to observe that one side says "listen to a cop and you won't get beaten or tasted" the opposite side says " You dont beat people for not giving their name.". I think the " dont beat people for not giving their name " have some type of authority issues and or may be involved in illegal activities and quite possibly the next to be tazed by the cops instead of going home. Maybe Ive just never been arrested, maybe I am polite, and if the cop wants me to do jumping jacks on the side of the road while telling them who I am, Ill do it. And hope the cop that did this too me meets one of you bad asses later on down the road and it doesnt turn out so good for the cop. But those type of cops don't reflect what most LEO's act like.
I am mostly surprised that so many people have never heard or learned " F with the bull, ya get the horn". works with leo's too!
and it has never been as simple as getting beaten for not giving your name, the person being detained is 99/100 times been a complete jerk whole the LEO is trying to do his job. and yes his job is to stop crime and if asking Your name helps, give him or her your name..
