Democrats have no foundational beliefs at all. On anything. They just seek power and will do and say whatever seems expedient for their short term gain. They are just out for themselves (as we saw when they just cheered themselves and no one else at the SOTU).
These women should just go and make statements to the cops, and let the county prosecutors do their job. If guilty by a judge, then send the guy off to 6 to 12 months of jail, and that takes care of the impeachment business. Let the legal system work like it’s supposed to run.
Personally, I’d like for all three guys to just remain in their position, and the entire primary campaign in Virginia....for state jobs and the Presidency....will be about blackface and rape. I’d buy a couple of panel trucks with some big poster on it....let them drive around the state and park it in public parking....send a message.
I haven’t heard any details of the second woman coming forward, but the first one admitted they were kissing/making out in a hotel room. You cannot blame a man for being forceful at some point while making out with a willing woman IN A MOTEL ROOM. I do not give her a pass. And when a young couple is drunk and the girl later charges the boy with rape, not working for me. She didn’t have to be there drinking, making out, drunk. Guys are just human too.

I believe that in VA Articles of Impeachment can only be filed for “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” committed while serving in their elected office. Obviously the allegations against this Lt Gov occurred long before he was elected.
So yeah, they are circling the wagons and they are going to leave a probable rapist in the number two seat in the Virginia executive branch.

No, the issue is that the acts occurred before Fairfax was elected, so the alleged rapes are not impeachable offenses under Virginia Law because they did not occur while in office.
Unless you like throwing around impeachment charges against people for things not done while in office, in which case the Dems would like your support in their impeachment case against President Trump.
