I am not condoning or promoting violence.
I am now saying if the deal reduces the total number of felons to detain and thus makes the ICE people relax on enforcement, then it is worse than before.
Thus, some illegals might be found with hands tied, face down, deceased. Why? Because frustrated Americans may take action to stop the spread to children of deadly diseases, the rapists, the home invaders, and the Dem illegal voters from walking through their formerly quiet neighborhoods with impunity.
Such violence comes when law enforcement breaks down (as Old West without a sheriff 1930s bootleggers beyond police control and runaway 1950s city gangs).
Taxpayers will get increasingly higher property taxes and school taxes for the hordes of unrestrained illegals increasing due to no enforcement. That’s what the Soros and Obama types want.
To end this vigilantism there has to be enforcement and a Wall. No other way to prevent this.

As a practical matter, today ICE just declares an emergency and blows by the quota and that practice will probably continue.
From what I can tell the Dems were trying to turn the quota into a hard cap and failed.
