Seems to me that this will solidify the issue with the courts. The fact that both sides provide funding for the wall will be an argument the liberal lawyers will have to overcome should they take it to court. They admit there is a problem by funding.
I'd call that an act of war and any country that enables it including Mexico should get what they deserve - bombing of strategic targets.
Oh wait, Mexico doesn't have any strategic targets unless we count all their drug compounds and the homes of the corrupt politicians who take MILLIONS from them (El-Chapo.)

Consider this: it's $700 million LESS than was agreed to two months ago. This is not a deal, the Republican's are folding like cheap suits as usual and they're handing Nancy Pelosi a victory.
Shut the damn' government down -- ALL OF IT -- and don't re-open it until the border wall is fully funded to the $25+ BILLION the Democrats agreed to previously.
No one is reporting on the length of time this CR will last. 2 weeks? 2 months? And regarding ICE “beds”, does that include other institutions, including private facilities (there are a couple private companies we contract with)? Or the fact that we are making them wait in Mexico? Too little information yet.
How drug compound were not mercilessly bombed (because they have devastated our country) is beyond me.
I guess the argument is you would have to bomb so many countries in the world.

Bad idea. If Trump takes this bad deal then it will be widely seen as the Dems winning and owning Trump from here on out. Trump will not ever again get anything he wants as the Dems would just have to wait him out as they know that he would just eventually fold anyway.
So no, President Trump should not even consider signing this for more than the time it takes to VETO it.

That (rotten fish) offer was tossed in from hard left field way after the negotiations had commenced and used as a rope-a-dope deal at the last minute to make the Dims look magnanimous. The Dims thought they'd actually get away with that stunt and from what I've been reading here a few so called conservatives bought into the stinking stunt. They ought to be ashamed if they call themselves conservatives IMHO.

As an aside, I was reading (though i already knew at a slightly more personal level) that many Sicilians have come over to America to get the 5 Crime Families in NYC back on track over the past few decades.
Their narcotics ties to Sicilian Mafia have made them much money.
I wonder WHERE their narcotics come from and WHERE they get INTO America.
Through some still mob controlled ports in the us? (Not NEARLY the number there used to be)
Or through connections in places like Afghanistan that are then sent up through the border.

If I were Trump I would say it is not acceptable and veto but tell congress feel free to over ride, democrats and republican alike if you think you can and it is what the American people want. I would castigate the cheese eating surrender monkeys that constitute the congressional GOP, this turd sandwich is on their heads and I would make them take seconds.
After the veto vote fails offer to sign a CR to fund the government through 2020 with or without border wall funding and then declare the National Emergency with intentions of spending $25 BILLION toward constructing the entire wall and begin the court fight.
