Since the 1990s I have always been obsessed with seeing Bill & Hillary Clinton brought to justice legally.

Regarding the quid pro quo, whether it was consemated or not it is a violation to offer anything to influence a government decision. Perhaps a misuse of office for personal benefit. Had trump done it he would have been hung from the trump tower flag pole long ago.
