We need judges who enforce the law (with common sense too), not those who ignore the violation of US sovereignty LAWS.

Asylum has two basic requirements.

First, an asylum applicant must establish that he or she fears persecution in their home country.

Second, the applicant must prove that he or she would be persecuted on account of one of five protected grounds: race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or social group.

If you do not meet the narrow legal requirements to be eligible for asylum, with evidence to document you persecution, then your request is denied. If a judge cannot follow these simple guidelines, i.e. the law, then they should be fired.

DHS needs to do a better job in screening applicants to keep these activist judges out of Immigration Court, and fire them immediately at the first sign that they are subverting immigration law.
