44 judges are currently pending on the Senate floor.
And the Senate Rules Committee voted to reduce debate time for executive and district court nominees from 30 hours to 2 hours. This change will need to be voted on the floor, likely needing the "nuclear option" which will likely happen and succeed.

Instead, as AA mentioned above, McTurtle and the Republicans pushed through the Harris “lynching” ammendment....hiding behind a VOICE VOTE thereby proving their contemptable cowardice.
They also gave the thumbs up to that spending bill.

Maybe McTurtle will get to it some time this century. The 3rd circuit is set to flip and there’s a nominee that’s been waiting for months for a vote to make it happen.
