It stuns me that this issue has required a SCOTUS ruling. How the hell didnt city halls and state capitals not get burned to the ground over this? California; Sacramento State Capitol; Bowers
Colorado; Granby; Heemeyer
New Hampshire; Bow, Drega
Not all necessarily asset forfeiture cases. But similar, or related, and at least a dozen more come to mind.
