Same with the cars being surrounded and thugs trying to pull the doors open to beat people to death in another city.
Excuses: woman mayor woman police chief, or panty waist male leftist mayor and police chief so the cops didn’t want to jeopardize their jobs and pensions by acting. People rushed down to beg them for them to help the wounded and give protection but the cops refused flatly.
