A Sky Data poll has revealed 28% of people are stockpiling in preparation for a no-deal Brexit, or have thought about doing so.

In Cornwall, Nevine Mann and her family have been buying extra food and supplies since last summer to make sure she is prepared if there is no deal as Britain leaves the European Union.

Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay has accused the EU’s chief negotiator of trying “to rerun old arguments”, as talks continue between the UK and EU.

Michel Barnier said Great Britain would be free to leave the proposed single customs territory, designed to avoid physical border on the Irish border.

But...

Ahead of a crucial round of votes, Mrs May has issued a last-ditch plea for her much maligned deal with the European Union (EU).

“Reject it and no-one knows what will happen,” she said.

“We may not leave the EU for many months. We may not leave without the protections the deal provides. We may never leave at all.”

“”Reject it and no-one knows what will happen,” she said.”

The sun will come up, life will go on. Zombie hordes and the boogeyman will remain at bay.

Sever all ties with the EU and life will go on. Trade will improve, costs will go down and the economy will bloom. France will collapse and Germany will take it over. Italy will struggle until she realizes exactly where she stands and the eastern states of Europe will either break into freedom or go down as serfs to Germany and Belgium. Come on, Britain, grow a pair.

Exactly. May and the Yurps are just trying a lame rerun of Project Fear which failed the first time.

Reject May’s surrender agreement. Then March 29th arrives and Britain is out automatically. It’s as simple as that. Bug bye Yurps. No extortion cash for you, no surrender terms, nothing. Now, you’re running a large trade surplus with us. You wanna be reasonable in dealing with us or shall we completely shut that down? The choice is yours mates.

While prepping is a good thing, prepping due to no-deal Brexit is about as useful as prepping for Y2K.
