California leads the nation in outmigration, and has experienced a domestic outmigration decline since 1991, according to the California Department of Finance.
According to a recent survey, 53 percent of all Californians, 63 percent of millennials, and 76 percent of residents in the Bay Area say they are seriously considering leaving the state.

Part of it , is because we have a two party system. And these liberal leaning people.think Republicans are racist sexist homophobic etc. So by default, they end up voting g Democrat.
So even if some of these people see problems with what Democrats have done, they can’t vote Republican because then they would be voting for racism and homophobia, etc. In their minds that’s what they would be voting for. So by default, they vote Democrat.
California is headed to a financial breakdown and then the governor will turn to the American taxpayer to bail their sorry asses out, to pay for their socialistic stupidities, their insane importation of third world criminals, and to ensure they continue it all, and you are racist if you oppose them.
