I’m guessing that the next stop is the US court of appeals or the Supreme Court.

Does Ford or Chevrolet or BMW or Dodge get sued when a person driving a perfectly good car kills someone by hitting them?

Cause it makes just about as much sense.

What if someone uses a Louisville Slugger? Or a Gillette razor?

"whether Remington violated trade practices in how it marketed the AR-15-style rifle used in the shooting"

Nonsense!

Hope the USSC rules on this and stops this crap.

Does (or should) Wells Fargo have liability when a pipeline company they owned money to has a leak on their pipeline? (AOC questioning of yesterday).

Leftist grandstanding will be tossed out later.

If this lawsuit were to proceed and win, the entire world of capitalism is on the hook for every bad thing that ever happened, at least in the last few hundred years.

Those plaintiffs are going to learn a hard and expensive lesson when the suit fails.

They will be stuck with some big legal bills.

They don’t care about their costs. They are heavily funded. They are trying to drive gun manufacturers out of business

“Hope the USSC rules on this and stops this crap. “

And I wish that Richie and other liberal judges like him got fired if they get overturned by higher courts.

To answer your first question, no they don't. The reason is that, at this point in time, the powers that be are wanting to disarm the public. At this point in time they want to get guns out of the public at large, not vehicles. They will go after vehicles after they get the guns.

The answer to question number two is, true, it does.

The same answer to question one applies to questions three and four.

There is a concerted effort on multiple fronts to disarm the American people.
