My position since this came out has been that the FISA court was almost certainly in on this.
How could the FISA judges have credibly either not known or never asked about the dossier? I will not be surprised at all if we find out that the FISA judges are corrupt and were in on the entire scheme.
You guys are starting to convince me.
There was a rush to renew the FISA courts last year. It was pretty obvious at the time they were trying to keep the FISA court corruption under wraps until after that was done.

The fact that the judges did not hold the signatories to the warrant application in contempt of court after the source/backing of the dossier went public, is all I need to know.
FISA courts are as rotten as the FBI and DOJ.
Agreed, if any organization outside of government pulled the stunts the FBI has they would be behind bars post haste. About the closest to them is the IRS which makes the rules up as they go.
bttt. Halper also might be involved with CIA and Brennan. I heard his brother in law was a highly placed CIA officer. It would be a natural to place Halper in academic circles in Britain as a CIA source as well as the FBI.
