Washington (CNN)Special counsel Robert Mueller's office said Friday that former Trump campaign official Rick Gates is still helping "several ongoing investigations" and isn't ready to be sentenced. "Gates continues to cooperate with respect to several ongoing investigations, and accordingly the parties do not believe it is appropriate to commence the sentencing process at this time," the filing said, pointing out that the situation had not changed since the previous update in January. There was heavy speculation that Gates' cooperation would wind down this week, given the conclusion of the federal cases against his longtime partner Paul Manafort. Gates was a star witness in that case and testified against Manafort, who was sentenced by two judges to serve a total of 7.5 years in prison for financial fraud.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Special Counsel’s Office on Friday asked a court to delay sentencing for U.S. President Donald Trump’s former deputy campaign chairman, Rick Gates, amid “ongoing investigations” stemming from the Russia investigation.
In a filing with the U.S. District Court in Washington, U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller cited Gates’ continued cooperation with multiple probes and asked permission to update the judge on the case again by May 14.

If they put every activity of the President and everyone around him through a proctology exam for two years looking for anything even slightly shady and the best they can do is get people for unrelated crimes from 10 years ago and a weird “lying to the FBI” crime where they FBI says he didn’t lie then I have to say that this has to be the most ethical administration in 100 years. And so far it’s looking that way.

A few years ago something like Mueller would have been beyond believable in a Robert Ludlum or Tom Clancy novel. Now this horror is an everyday event.
Inaugural Committee? Trump had to win before there was an inaugural committee.
Mueller is shitting into the wind and the wind has turned against him.
In fact, he might even be indicted for lying to Congress, the FISA Court, illegal prosecutions, denying exculpatory information to defense counsels (related to the Boston crime family/Bulger affair) and led to the jailing of 4 innocent people (and the in-jail death of two of them), etc.
Also eligible for congressional subpoenas and grand jury subpoenas/indictments are:

McCabe - bad and insane
Sally Yates - obstruction of justice
Loretta Lynch - obstruction of justice; misprision of a felony (most would qualify for this); dereliction of duty; unethical behavior, etc.

Anyone connected to Hillary and Bill Clinton, their Foundation/criminal organization, John Podesta, the DNC, Debbie Wasserman-Schulz as the head of the DNC (and her Pakistani ITgate security breach scandals), Nancy Pelosi as the head of the DNC, Tom Perez (for being alive),Fusion GPS, Crowdstrike, Hillary’s server destroyers and anyone who aided her in destroying subpoenaed documents/equipment.

In the name of fairness, let’s send them all to jail for a long time, just to be sure that justice is served.

We can just say to Mueller, my lawyer has met with your people and my case will be looked into right after you finish all the anti-Trump ones.
That buys us decades of delay. Just don’t agree to “billable hours” from your lawyer until after the delay has ended.
