She is not a representative of Minnesota. She is from a sh!thole country called Cedar/Riverside in Minneapolistan.

I go through there everyday. They should fence it off and require a passport for entry.

For a while, when I was going to good old U of M, I used to live there. Now this is back in the 70s, when Cedar-Riverside used to be Berkeley on the Mississippi, Riverside Plaza (where I shared an apartment) was still pretty new, and the Cabooze used to be just a bar with a bunch of pool tables and a small stage. The worst thing about the area was the cooking smell from the the Hmong who occupied some of the apartments at the time.

Funny how things change in just a span of 40 or so years.
