What is not said here (i.e., Mueller Report and Barr Summary)? There is no word about the role of then-President Obama and/or anyone in the Obama administration when it comes to the question of directing this entire effort to sabotage first the Trump campaign and then, when that failed, the Trump presidency itself. Who, exactly, did Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director James Comey, and the entire list of Justice Department, CIA, and FBI officials work for, anyway? They worked for President Barack Obama. As did his first Secretary of State and presidential wannabe Hillary Clinton.
As has been repeatedly uncovered by ace reporters Sara Carter of Fox, the Hill’s John Solomon, Fox legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, and the Wall Street Journal’s Kimberley Strassel, something was deeply, seriously amiss in ObamaLand.
Now, after all of that work by the Establishment-sainted Robert Mueller we learn that — there was no collusion?

When will Attorney General Barr appoint a special prosecutor to do some serious transparency — to look into the role of President Obama, Vice President Biden, Secretary of State Clinton, CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and all of his FBI minions? When will Chairman Nadler dig in and start some real transparent investigations? Asking among other things what role did all and each of the players in the Obama administration — beginning with the president himself — play in all of this serious scandal?
Let’s be upfront: No one who has any scintilla of experience in American government can believe that it is not more than time to find out: what did President Obama know and when did he know it?

It is pretty clear that Obama knew quite a bit, because this material found its way into Obama’s PDB (Presidential Daily Briefing)
It is thought to be one of the reasons that Devin Nunes made a significant trip to the White House, because that PDB would be stored at a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) there at the White House and nowhere else.
Because it was a conspiracy.

Not only did President Obama know about the investigation, he seems to have pushed it from the very beginning.
But don’t take our word for it. Here’s what Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, the nation’s former spy master, James Clapper, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper:
“If it weren’t for President Obama we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set up a whole sequence of event which are still unfolding today, including Special Counsel (Robert) Mueller’s investigation. President Obama is responsible for that. It was he who tasked us to do that intelligence community assessment in the first place.”...
Why didn’t this get more attention in the media? Obama and Brennan not only knew the dubious nature of the allegations against Trump, but pushed them anyway...
What’s stunning is the casual way Clapper let us know that President Obama “was responsible” for the whole shebang.
If that’s so, there are really only two possibilities etc...
But instead of investigating Trump, shouldn’t we investigate those who subverted our democracy for rank partisan purposes to influence a presidential election? That’s Obama, Brennan and Clinton...

The Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia...
The parsing of "did not find" will be compared to "found that the Trump campaign did not..."
By saying that the Mueller investigation "did not find" that Trump colluded, they leave open the interpretation that they didn't say collusion didn't occur, just that the "did not find" evidence of collusion.
Barr/Mueller did not use the stronger language "found that they did not collude," which is why I expect the liberal bitter clingers to try to make a big deal over this.

Perhaps, but as any person in charge knows...not discharging a given duty (reviewing Presidential Daily Briefings) will not relieve you of the responsibility if reviewing the information...
