Just because there was no there there doesn’t mean it’s impossible to generate a very negative sounding report. The Mueller Team did that quite purposely. The Dems will try to sell the negative bits to the public while Trump and Company declare: NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION.
And there is no there there. The Dems and the MSM will spend the next 2 years spinning their wheels trying to convince otherwise to the voting public. They will fail.
The Mueller "Investigation" was the 3rd act of the FBI/DNC conspiracy to orchestrate a political coup. The FBI planted operatives in the Trump campaign to both spy on the campaign and attempt to entrap members of the campaign in illegal activities.
After Trump won the election ("unexpectedly" as the MSM likes to say), the 3rd phase began with the Mueller "investigation". An "investigation", which at the cost of some $30m managed to never investigate the role of Fusion GPS, or Perkins Coie in the attempted setup of the Trump campaign.

Rep. Matt Gatez (R-FL) on Wednesday filed a resolution to remove House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) from the Committee and revoke his security clearance.

Gatetz appeared on Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight" to explain why he filed the resolution.
“I have filed legislation today, sent to the House, that Adam Schiff needs to be removed from the Intelligence Committee, because how are the rest of us supposed to be able to rely on a man, who you just showed, lied to the American people when he said that there was not spying? Or when he lied and said that there was actual evidence of collusion or clear evidence of collusion?” Gaetz began.
“If Adam Schiff is able to review covert operations and intelligence, and if we have to rely on his representation, our whole system is broken," Gatez said. "It would be like putting Lori Loughlin in charge of the college board. It would be like putting Jussie Smollett in charge of the hate crime of the FBI.
I never claimed to be a legal eagle so... what does all this mean? Trump is off the hook? There was no collusion, I get that. But what is this obstruction talk all about?
I think that Mueller as part of the last ditch cout de tat attempt was to absolutely leave open the question of proof or lack of proof of obstruction to congress, whereby the dems will hash over it for ever and the tagalong media will help to keep it alive until the 2020 election.
