Two points:
The Russians didn’t initiate or contribute to the Wikileaks email dump. Bernie people did that.
While true that the Russians play chess while we play checkers, so do the Chineese. The Sino/soviet axis would have won whether Hillary or Trump had been elected. Hillary was already bought and paid for.
The point of the Trump victory that is problematic for both Russia and China is that Trump, up to now is not owned by the globalists but by the American people. Vitally important for the people to continue to support him. This is one reason why the deep state/media/ democrat/globalists will continue to attack him and anyone who supports him. They must destroy his power base before it becomes a counter revolution.

Of course not. They did what they could after the election to organize anti-Trump rallies, though. They wanted chaos. The whole Russia Collusion narrative was ten pounds of sh!t in a five pound bag, but it had the effect of creating and sustaining chaos. It succeeded spectacularly. Confidence in the election was undermined. Trump was undermined. And the actual Russian role in it all was to simply be the boogy man the Dems were scaring people with. Nothing ventured, plenty gained for Vlad.

I think what the Russians wanted was chaos and Americans at each others’ throats, more than any particular winner. Although Neocon Hillary, that lap dancer for Henry the K would have been less pleasant for them than a no nonsense businessman like Trump.
