But flight attendants and airline workers have been told by some pundits that the Green New Deal, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Ed Markey’s environmental proposal, will ground all air travel.
That’s absurd. It’s not the solutions to climate change that kills jobs. Climate change itself is the job killer.
Severe turbulence is becoming more frequent and intense due in part to climate change. Research indicates that rising CO2 levels in the atmosphere cause disruptions to the jet streams and create dangerous wind shears that greatly increase turbulence, especially at moderate latitudes where the majority of air travel occurs.

Somewhere I thought I saw, with respect to global warming / “climate change” that the pundits actually fessed up that this isn’t what used to be called science. Science meant using everything you knew to pinpoint a fact. We have some nebulous more-or-less-educated guesses here at best. No attempt to test hypotheses against better explanations.

I was asking a flight attendant the other day what she thought the best near light speed propulsion system for inter-solar system travel was.
I’m just a lay person though so I didn’t understand a word she said.
Total lunacy using individual cases of air turbulence as proof of global climate change. And that threatens air travel more than eliminating air travel? Insane enough to make me angry.

Having said that, jet planes do cause pollution at higher elevations. So the answer is to ground all planes! That'll serve flight attendants, throw them out of work.
They want everyone else to cut down on co2 so they can keep their livelihood.
Their guilt must be tearing them apart.
I’m trying to imagine if John Coleman, the founder of the weather channel, had this person as his flight attendant. He’s the one who doubted that climate change was a problem. She’d probably dump a drink on him and demand that her 50,000 minions refuse to let him go to the lav.
