That “cartoon” is from the NY Times. This information must be included when posting this horribly anti Semitic picture.
“According to the Foreign Ministry, sources in the paper’s senior staff said the cartoon had been published without their knowledge and apologized for it.
The cartoon has since been removed, and the Times will publish an editor’s note featuring an apology in its Monday edition.”
