The Internet has enabled the flourishing of countless subcultures, from the harmless to the less so. Lately, one of the latter groups has begun to break into the mainstream: the “incels.”
“Incel” is short for “involuntary celibate,” and as their self-imposed name implies, these mostly young men have come to define themselves by their inability to find a sexual or romantic partner. Men who identify as being #ForeverAlone have gathered online in forums such as Reddit to trade stories of woe.
These communities tend to be self-reinforcing. Members believe that their looks or personal traits have consigned them to lifelong loneliness, and similarly downbeat peers are always willing to add more fuel to that fire. And the incel community has developed elaborate, and elaborately misogynistic, theories to blame others for their plight, centered on the idea that women are shallow, stupid and cruel — exclusively choosing only a handful of the most attractive men to be with and disdaining the rest. All men should deserve a chance with women, incels tell themselves, but some men have all the luck, while they get left out.
Today, the incel subculture has become not just self-reinforcing but self-radicalizing, often with tragic outcomes. At its most horrifying extremes, self-described incels have taken their anger out on the women they believe are refusing them. At least two mass shooters have left behind manifestos identifying themselves as adhering to incel ideology and explaining their actions as taking revenge on the world that hasn’t given them the women they think they deserve.

Seems like killing women is the wrong approach. Eliminating other “incels” would seem to make more sense. Not that I would condone or advocate that, mind you.

Get an education which pays $$$, begin a career, move out of your parents basement, get off of 4Chan.

Woman goes off with exactly the type of man she says she doesn't like. Tells him to act like a woman. He doesn't. So she stays with him. (I am not talking here about force and fraud, or the phenomenon where some unhealthy women stay with men whose modus operandi is force and fraud.)
That is the test. Pass the test, and celibacy will be in your past. But listen to the voices of the war on men, a war in which never have so many men JOINED the the wrong side (thinking it would get them laid) and involuntary celibacy can you be yours too!
Attraction is not a choice. The fundamental error of the sincere leftist is to think her or she is the boss of human nature.

I would think that eliminating the most attractive men might be a more efficient strategy. There are lots more losers than winners out there, and those losers wouldn’t be the most effective competitors to the incel losers either.
Not that I would condone or advocate that, mind you.

As a woman of experience who only likes real macho men-I think it is safe to say that these metrosexual men who bitch and whine online are not going to be accepted by real women-they’d better cowboy up if they want a woman...
This whole issue, like most men’s issues, are lost on the right.
Until this side stops worshipping the stupid, and narcissistic habits that women have picked up the past 60 years, and starts recognizing the reasons why men are in this state, then people can stop calling these guys “losers” and just live with the collaspe that will result.
In the past most of these guys would have thought they were the only ones.
Now they have the internet to meet each other.
I doubt this is less of a trend and more a discover there are others out there like them.
I think the last thing women in the west these days should be doing is demanding anything from guys.
There is very little that men can get out of some lady that is way too high on themselves and demanding some “cowboy” nonsense, and way too much they can lose.
And women bring next to nothing to the table but fininacal and legal liabilities to make anything but surface hookups attractive to most dudes, let alone anything remotely serious.
I'm just looking for one woman to give myself heart and soul and body to. One woman who would love and serve God more than she would me, just as I need to serve Him more than I could her.
Such ladies seem in horrible short supply these days. And the number of them grow only smaller.
Sometimes I blame God for it. Other times, I blame people like this writer, who have collectively wrecked more damage to culture than we could ever sincerely imagine.

Perhaps if popular culture didn’t smear men who are not successful with women as losers and the lowest of the low they wouldn’t be frustrated to the point of homicidal rage. I can remember being a frustrated teen back in the day, it was bad enough not being able to persuade a girl I liked to date me, imagine never being able to overcome that youthful awkwardness, and it being compounded by years of all your peers mocking you and telling you you are a failure at life because you can’t get laid into the bargain. No wonder these people have become so dangerously mentally ill if their lonliness is compounded by a feeling of being viewed as worthless by everybody else because they are too socially awkward to find a date?

In all fairness, lots of women are nuts, especially in the 35 and under bracket. Being a woman of that age, it’s why all but a couple of my friends are men.
My husband thought he’d be alone forever, too. We met ten years ago. Sometimes it just takes time.. I also have difficulty believing that with all of the methods which exist to find a partner that it’s so difficult.
Hm. Maybe it’s the serious lack of social skills?
Start by being nice to and Respecting all women!
When you get in a conversation with a woman ask her about her and her interests and her job and what interests her
Complement her in real ways not fake it sounding ones
