Oberlin has doubled down on its racist, xenophobic practices by asking the court to set aside the jury finding and find instead for Oberlin and against the bakery.

To liberals, laws are “concepts” in the immortal words of Gov. Moonbeam.

The judge already shot that down.
I thought it was dumb for Oberlin to do ask for a mistrial, considering additional punitive damages could go to 33 million.

Oberlin's response ought to show the jury that Oberlin has no remorse for their part, and anything they're saying about "free speech" or administrators "observing, not partcipating" is bull***t to avoid the consequences of their actions.

One theory is that the request for a mistrial is to set up an appeal, probably in the hope of getting an Obama judge to overturn the jury decision.

I read that punitive damages may add treble that amount.
