U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar is back in the news again, and not in a good way. The former state representative who won a seat in Congress last fall continues to be dogged by past missteps, this time eight violations of Minnesota campaign-finance law that will cost her nearly $3,500 in reimbursements and civil penalties.

Last year Omar told the Star Tribune that she had married her partner “in her faith,” and had earlier divorced her first husband “in her faith.”

Is marrying your brother for immigration fraud "in her faith"?

Pffffft. She’s a Democrat, it’s ok. The good people of Minnesota will not only forgive her, they will return her to the House in 2020.

Actually it is, it is in the qur’an that to lie to an infidel to advance the cause of Islam is a good thing. If you fool the infidel it shows the superiority of the Muslim.

If she lied to obtain political power to destroy America she is on her way to Paradise.

Beyond that in the qur’an it’s a good thing “in her faith” to kill the infidel.

Before any thing else someone has to bring me up to speed, just when did Omar establish any form of credibility?

Fortunately, as a member of 3 protected victim groups, she really doesn’t need any credibility.

And above and beyond that, she wasn’t elected by the people of Minnesota. She was elected by the Somalis/Musims in her district.

If that’s not a prime example of just how farked our “just-us” system is: $3500 fine??

Skew an election via $$ donations & spending and fined a pittance in “restitution” (aka smack on the hand).

“past missteps”

And we have our propaganda phrase of the day. She already got off on these violation with a non meaningful slap on the wrist. I expect the same thing will happen in regards to the rest of her crimes.

The penalty - fine or reimbursement won’t pose any problem for her as dems will be lining up to pay it for her...no big deal.

What about the other beast - the one from MI who lied about her address as to her proper residence etc. No penalty there - nothing?

Is this a great country or what? They’d both prefer to be elsewhere but first they have a job to do in Congress. The job they were sent there to do - further erode our Constitution.

Correct. Sad to say that assclown anti Americans like she and tlaib and aoc actually have any credibility with anyone is a very sad commentary on the country today and how deep the perverse activities have sunk.

"Minnesota campaign-finance law that will cost her nearly $3,500 in reimbursements and civil penalties."

Peanuts. Her new raise will cover it.

“And above and beyond that, she wasn’t elected by the people of Minnesota. She was elected by the Somalis/Musims in her district.”

That part is true. But if you look at the Minnesota Secretary of State’s office, Omar won strongly in areas populated predominantly by white liberals.
