jazusamo :" The DNC and Clinton campaign paid money for it, it seems they thought it had value."
The Logan Act, a law since 1799.
The Logan Act can be applied to the Clinton/ DNC paid for a contribution from foreign sources.

accusing the Hillary Clinton campaign of violating election laws when it paid British citizen Christopher Steele to gather Kremlin-provided political dirt on candidate Donald Trump.

Breaking laws is not issue here. Everyone in America knows Clinton breaks laws. The issue is why no one prosecutes her

I have reviewed all the threads since Sunday am and I did not read anyone commenting on Chris Wallace & Donna Brazil agreeing that the DNC and Hildabeast, through a law firm paid for the Steele Dosier.

Just looked up Ellen Weintraub, she worked for Perkins Cole!
To: jazusamo
Ms. Weintraub can not dictate to POTUS. Information and *free* speech doesnt stop at the border. The cabinet officers of the POTUS and intel do it all the time. Weintraub was as clear as mud, but heavy on the arrogance and self-righteousness.
Where were her snotty remarks for HRC, DNC, Perkins-Coue, 5 EYES, for framing POTUS, in a not-so-silent coup attempt soliciting and using RUSSIAN fraudulent information, Paying Money for it, to a foreign agent to collect it, laundering the money through political entities to affect an election, to peddle a hoax, and definitely weaponize federal intel agencies against POTUS.

It is illegal for any person to solicit, accept, or receive anything of value from a foreign national in connection with a U.S. election
I think it’s receipt of $2500 in value for a misdemeanor, and $20000 for a felony. So, by making a positive statement, letter, or photo-op, a foreign power can induce a crime? Of course none of that has ever constituted a particular value.

That was established in 2017 as a matter of record.
What seldom gets commented on is that the way they did it is thoroughly illegal, both as a campaign finance violation and as money laundering.

How do you know something has value until youve heard it. How do you know sometimes even after youve heard it.
You’ll note that Mueller described the evidence, and made no claim it violated the law, nor even referred it to the FEC for a campaign finance investigation.

This is so wrong. Hillary can’t be sued. Everybody knows this. Ridiculous. The nerve.
The usual penalty is suicide.
