The War Powers Act allows 60 days before Congressional approval is needed.
And POTUS is required to notify Congress when hostile actions are initiated. That’s when the clock starts.
POTUS is constrained by that law to act in the best interests of the US, as defined by him.
So why does he need their support to enforce the deportation orders of so many illegals? To give Nutty Nancy two weeks to spew more insane crap and legislation he will never pass?
It is not the two weeks in the grand scheme of things it is the principal of delay. How much longer do we wait to see some action on getting rid of the invaders in a wholesale way? How much longer before we see some real action?
Round them up and throw them out.
