Sarah stopped doing regular briefings. Yesterday was the first time they had a briefing in almost six months—and it was with the T Sect, not even Sarah.
Trump stops and holds a mini press conference almost every day. I’ve seen him alone with the press, informally, before he gets on his chopper, a lot more often than Obama or Bush. He is doing it a new and direct way.
My guess is Sarah asked to leave because she was becoming almost irrelevant and she wanted to do other things.
I think Sarah is preparing for the November 2022 Arkansas governor’s race. Probably will be running in 2026-2028 period for Boozman’s Senate seat.
