Okay, this is an interesting dichotomy in San Francisco.

Pot is legal in California. Sales of marijuana vaping cartridges are the most popular form of pot use in California.

It'll be interesting how the nanny state can correlate these two ideas and still live in harmony...

Street pooping is good.
Vaping bad.

Can’t they ban crapping on the streets?

Well this will keep out all e-cigs from the city of crap. Because people are two stoopid to go out of town and buy them. Or mail order them until the USPS stops delivery. Would they? Can they?

If you want to smoke, your loco politician says you have to smoke weed with “the hell taxed out of it.” It’s mandatory.

Too late S.F. The kids are already Juul’ed up.
They can get the same thing from any number of surrounding cities. Oh, and online too.
This, from health experts doing all they could to make smoking cigarettes a criminal offense over the last 20 years.
Somebody found an underserved market, and they filled the needs.

"...It'll be interesting how the nanny state can correlate these two ideas and still live in harmony..."

.... The measure does not ban the use of vapes among people 21 and older.

The use is not forbidden. But the selling is.

It will not work.

Not like they think.

This is the most likely result...

You got that right. You see, according to Cocteau's plan... I'm the enemy. Because I like to think, I like to read. I'm into freedom of speech, the freedom of choice. I'm the kind of guy who likes to sit in a greasy spoon and wonder - "Gee, should I have the T-bone steak or the jumbo rack of BBQ ribs with the side order of gravy fries?"

I want high cholesterol. I wanna eat bacon and butter and BUCKETS of cheese, okay? I wanna smoke a Cuban cigar the size of Cincinnati in the non-smoking section. I wanna run through the streets naked with green Jell-O all over my body reading Playboy magazine. Why? Because I suddenly might feel the need to, okay, pal?

I've SEEN the future. Do you know what it is? It's a 47-year-old virgin sitting around in his beige pajamas, drinking a banana-broccoli shake, singing "I'm an Oscar Mayer Wiener." You live up top, you live Cocteau's way: what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. Your other choice: come down here... and maybe starve to death.

Yeah, I think that is where all this could go.

.

“This includes sales in brick-and-mortar stores, as well as online sales shipped to a San Francisco address.”

Can’t even order them.

s a lifelong nonsmoker, my objection to cigarettes was always the stench and filth. Absent those, I've no problem, so the ecigs look like a very good idea.

>>Can’t they ban crapping on the streets?<<

I think it is already theoretically illegal.

But that kind of ban does not produce the endorphin rush liberals get when they CONTROL people who are controllable (and probably well to do since vaping is not for the homeless/broke).

This has nothing to do with health and everything to do with POWER.

The e-cigs need to be better designed. I hear quite a few reports of those things exploding inside the vaper’s open mouth. Very damaging, unpredictable and easy to become overheated. I used a few, but they’re expensive until you find just the model that suits your style and skill set.

And soda and beer and potato chips etc. Where would you like it to end?
