Not at all. This is a very rational strategy. Democrats cannot win on their political philosophy and agenda. They can only win by doing two things:
1. import voters (illegal immigrants)
2. Offer free stuff for anything who will vote for them.
The Democrats do not care about the Constitution, fairness, America, or Patriotism. They only care about political power and they are willing to do anything to get it.
