Restful sleep, tasty healthy food, time out in the sunshine, moderate exercise and doing something that makes you feel a sense of accomplishment every day can all lift a persons mood.

Well said and I agree 100%. Plus it beats the heck out of prescription drugs that do who-knows-what to our brains, bodies, and attitudes.
