Russia is today basically what it has always been (other than during the Bolshevik period) - a de facto autocracy;

China OTOH is a textbook functioning fascist state (with the 'communist' moniker only kept on for, shall we say, 'continuity purposes'). Send them all to China, I say; if they tried spouting their cultural Marxist crap the Chinese would send them off to re-education camps - or worse!
