That was an excellent tweet, nothing like the msm and the jihad broads stated. Was twisted so much that the President probably did not recognize it as his. I would have had no problem if he had just told them to get out, though.
There seems to be a second meaning to the use of quotation marks by the propaganda media. Quotation marks used to enclose the exact words of a person. Now they are sometimes used to mean something that the person never said but that the media propagandist pretends that the person meant. It is just another dishonesty by the propaganda media.
The only thing the media and the Democrats see is “persons of color”, which doesn’t even appear in the tweet.
Not only did he NOT mention names,
but he suggested they go fix other countries AND THEN COME BACK to show us how it’s done.
Rep Sandy Bartender-Cortez (NY-Deranged) needs to go back to where she came from and figure out how a garbage disposal works in her bourgeoisie apartment. When she obtains basic life experience, maybe she can come back.

The answer is probably, no.
If he were racist, he wouldn’t ask them to “show us how it’s done”. He was simply using rhetoric, a little clumsily perhaps, in calling them out as having no credibility because they have accomplished nothing. So he said “go back and fix your place of origin (which would include places like NY and MI)” and then you will have some experience to teach us things.
A racist doesn’t want to learn from people he hates.
