But when a million kids are aborted in the USA so that the moms can finish college, or the dad is free not to marry her, or because they “can't afford” another child, I don't think I'd say western civilization was much better.
Uganda was also a stronghold of homosexuality, and a number of young Christian men were martyred for refusing to engage in homosexual acts.

Top down social control through human sacrifice is the primal instinct of humanity. Rock ringforts in Ireland are the remnants of the institution of human sacrifice. Western societies are looking the other way when it comes to muslim atrocities within their group and families as a religion, they will do the same for this. Where can you kill someone especially your wife or your daughters and get away with it as disrespecting the family, where can you gang rape young infidel women and get away with it? where can you mutilate the genitals of your girls and get away with it? Child sacrifice happens in my neighborhood two days per week. These people are not 3rd world any more than my neighbors.
15-30 per week. About a classroomful.
The Anglican Church in Uganda had an immediate reaction to the homosexuals taking over the American Episcopal Church and broke ties immediately. They know from their own history how wicked homosexuality is. They quoted the Bible verse that says you can have no fellowship or even sit at the same table with such people.
Same with United Methodist Africans.
