Sorry, I’m not quite as trusting, particularly given that they knew he was nearly killed (or nearly died in some way) in the recent past.
They’re stalling - they could release preliminary findings, even if nothing, today, just by looking at the body (such as for marks). They aren’t and that says a lot, given their track record.
Toxicology tests can take weeks to complete.
The young Angels baseball pitcher who died on July 1st, they announced a couple days later that the autopsy results would be released in October.
Maybe the powers-that-be hope the public will lose interest in Epstein and move on. I expect we’ll still be discussing the various theories decades from now, like the Kennedy assassination. Be prepared for an ‘inconclusive’ autopsy.
The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
If it were, they would PROBABLY say so.
But remember - when persons unknown have gone to great lengths to conceal a murder, a forensic pathologist has to have all the results before issuing a final cause of death.
For example - suppose he was poisoned by cyanide at 2 AM and the body was hanged at 5:30. Imagine being the pathologist who announced after the gross that the cause of death was hanging, four days later when the lung slides are ready it looks like no air in the lungs at time of death, 20 days later the tox comes back positive.
This is a very important case, and it's very important that the Chief Medical Examiner (who I imagine will eventually sign the case out) doesn't make mistakes from being hasty.
THAT is what’s been alarming to me- no press conference from anyone in authority.
This guy was a health nut, no smoke/drink/drugs. Not under Dr’s care. Not some stiff off the Harlem street. 5 days, tops.

Zero, but this is or should be an expedited case.
“Need more time” = results of a full toxicology screening (I worked for a Pathologist years ago).
The guy in the gurney pic is not Epstein....obvious bait & switch,Epstein is alive and well after being moved to a comfortable location thus preventing the dead man bomb from going off.

Dr. Michael Baden was part of O.J. Simpson’s Dream Team during the 1995 O.J. trial. He testified on the witness stand for the defense.

I completely agree with you. I haven’t formed a real opinion yet, but I’m fascinated with how this is being handled publicly.
I was a nurse and ME’s earned my respect (for the most part). This is a case I wouldn’t envy for the ME.
I had no idea Michael Baden was still alive, let alone functional.

The chief law enforcement officer of the USA is compromised, compromised by loyalty to the swamp, the FBI, CIA..etc.
Compromised should be his middle name.
