That’s just silly. Never underestimate the power of government stupidity. However, hanging should be a simple call. You cannot hang and unconscious or a dead man without leaving evidence. Also if he wasn’t knocked out there should be signs of a struggle.

That’s for a routine test. It only takes a short amount of time to run a mass spec on a specimen and in this kind of case, the specimen would get there right away.

I agree with you. The nose on the guy being carried out looks very different. However, it's possible Epstein had a broken nose in the earlier attempt. Or possibly they had a perfect double to use but that guy had a different nose.
I believe you missed the point of my post which is ,In the Dominican Republic the suspected cause of death of the American tourists was poisoning of some sort -alcohol or insecticide etc.
It has taken well over a month to get those reports, and I believe in the Jeffrey Epstein case the reports will also be delayed for several more weeks. - Tom

Toxicology reports can take up to a month.
Not because they are backlogged. They take that long to process. This is not unique to this case.
