If you really want to learn I will give you a rudimentary education on the complex topic of what the Fed does and how bond markets work.
But I’m not going to waste my time of it falls on deaf ears.
For now, learn the difference between RATES (no market, no auctions), Notes, Bills and Bonds.
Right now you are just confused.
If you want an education: You are incorrectly making the claim that the Fed can’t manipulate short term yields indirectly with the funds rate.
I posted an article explaining it, to save time being wasted on you, but you ignored it.
