Scenario #1. The Murderer waits outside of the school in an F-150 Pickup Truck. As the Students exit the School and cross the Street, the Murderer runs them down resulting in multiple deaths and injuries.

Scenario #2. The Murderer constructs a few Molotov Cocktails and takes them to School. He then lights them and tosses them into a Classroom and bars the Door so nobody can escape resulting the death of multiple victims.

What could have been done that would have stopped either scenario from taking place? The answer, nothing.

Well, I guess you could ban Pickup Trucks, Gasoline, Glass Bottles, Rags, Matches and Evil.

You know how there was a flurry of stories about how many mass shootings were stopped recently by concerned citizens and family members who actually took imminent threats seriously and got competant law enforcement to listen to them and react accordingly within the boundaries of existing laws? Maybe we should keep doing that stuff.

They should be more worried about Carrots!, 4 out of 5 people that DIE in Car Crashes all ate Carrots within 72 hours of the accident. We need to seriously look into Carrot Control and Confiscation
