Consider all the amendments using Biden’s “every amendment has limitations” criterion:
For instance the Fifteenth Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Biden and the Democrats want to do this with the Second.
Try it with the First, the Third, the Fourth, the Fifth, the Eighth, etc. and see what kind of country you would get.

Limitations on any of the amendments are just a wish list by democrats, who would prefer there be no constitution at all; only their socialist/communist methods of control of the government and people.
So, like Obama said, they need to fundamentally transform the country, including rewriting the constitution. It’s their wish list and dream.
The hell with what the constitution doesn’t say. What it DOES say, is that the right( pre-existing) to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
It’s not about allowing us to do something. It’s about not allowing the government to limit what we do.

The Constitution does not ‘allow’ nor ‘give’ anything.
His statement is proof positive that the Left and their cohorts on the courts have no idea what the Constitution is. They use it selectively to support and/or enforce their agenda. What they don’t know or choose to ignore is, the Constitution restrains the government about how much it can reach into our lives. Not the other way around.
Kapernick and the ohter NFL guys are perfect examples. The Left wants to try and use the 1st Amendment in their support of them. That amendment only states that the “government” cannot abridge your free speech. Private employer can do damn near whatever they want.
But, should we expect anything less from these clowns on the Left.
